Hawaii Candy and Cookies' customized,

the fun begins. After initial e-mail contact, pastry chef Karen Galan
will be happy to discuss options over the phone, so that nothing
is left to chance and all your wishes are met.
Choose a tropical flavor—guava, passion
fruit, coconut, macadamia nut—European chocolate, or another
dream ingredient. Flourless (chocolate), gluten-free desserts, cheese
cakes, and strawberry shortcakes—most special requests are
possible. Ribbons with bows can connect three-tiered cakes to surrounding
smaller tiered cakes that feed hundreds of hungry guests.
As for decorations, think of trailing tropical
flowers—orchids, protea, anthuriums, even birds of paradise,
cascading Hawaiian lei, patterns of seashells, special frostings
and personal messages, even pictures and water fountains. |
